Kate' famous ham rolls (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream chesee with the green and black olives and pimiento until all the olives are covered well and the cream cheese is really soft.
- Lay out a piece of ham and spread the mixture on it evenly -- just a light coating of it, but not so light that you can see through it. Roll the piece of ham jelly-roll style and place it on a plate. Repeat this procedure with the rest of the ham.
- Cover the plate with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Right before serving, bring the plate out and cut the pieces of ham into 3/4-inch bites. Put a toothpick through each bite and put them on a platter to serve
