Venison steaks (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Rub Venison with butter and pepper and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Using medium high heat,melt remaining butter in a large frying pan.
- Place Venison into the pan and sear them
- 2 1/2 minutes on each side and remove to serving platter.
- Pour cream and broth into the pan and stir constantly for 4 minutes.
- Pour sauce over Venison and serve.
