List of Goat Dishes is a comprehensive catalogue of culinary dishes that primarily use goat meat as the main ingredient. Goat meat, also known as chevon, is a type of red meat that is consumed worldwide, particularly in the Middle East, Africa, and parts of Asia.   • Kaldereta: A Filipino goat meat stew, derived from the Spanish Caldereta. The dish is prepared with tomato sauce, potatoes, spices, liver spread, olives, bell peppers, and hot peppers.
