Cheese and peach wontons (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Place wonton wrappers on a work surface. Place peaches, blue cheese and chopped sage on the center of each wrapper, dividing equally.
- Wet edges of wonton with water. Bring edges together to form a pyramid, squeezing out air before you press to seal.
- In a deep skillet, heat 3 inches of oil to 325.
- Fry wontons, in batches, until golden brown and floating to the surface, 2-3 minutes.
