Jalapeno fritters (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Add mushrooms, onion and jalapeno pepper; stir well. Add 3/4 cup sour cream; stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
- Pour oil to a depth of 2 inches into a large Dutch oven; heat to 375 degrees. Carefully drop batter by heaping tablespoons into hot oil, cooking 5-6 fritters at a time. Cook about 3-4 minutes or until golden, turning once. Drain well on paper towels. Serve warm with additional sour cream.
