Caesar dressing please review again! It's delish, really! (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Wash and dry lettuce.
  2. Beat egg yolks until thick and add anchovy paste and garlic.
  3. Beat in vegetable oil to this mixture VERY slowly (to prevent seperating) while you continue mixing.
  4. Add lemon juice and vinegars and seasonings.
  5. If the dressing is too thick, thin with a little more lemon juice.
  6. Pour over letture and garnish with parmesan,.
  7. croutons and bacon bits.
