Easy vegetable toss (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Add broccoli, califlower and beans to a saucepan of boiling water; cook 2 minutes or until vegetables are bright in colour and crisp-tender. (Do not overcook). Drain immediately; rinse with very cold water. Drain well. Place in a large serving bowl.
- Add peppers, dressing and cheese; toss to coat.
