Herb salad dressing (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- In a blender put 1/4 of the oil, garlic, parsley, dill, chives, celery seed and blend for 30 seconds.
- Add vinegar, 1/4 of oil, salt& pepper blend a few more seconds.
- Remove lid and very slowly add the remaining oil and blend on low speed until the oil is totally incorporated.
