Country style chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about zero per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Melt butter in a 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Saltl and pepper enough flour to coat the chicken.
  4. Coat chicken in flour then coat in melted butter already in baking pan.
  5. Add 1-1 1/2 cup water to baking dish cover and bakeuntil chicken is tender and a gravy has formed.
  6. Turn the chicken over during cooking and stir around the gravy.
  7. You may need to uncover for the last 15-20 minutes to help gravy thicken.
