Thick and creamy caesar salad dressing (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Place all except oil and mayonnaise in food processor or blender and process until smooth.
  2. While processor is running add oil VERY SLOWLY and process until thick and creamy (about 4-5 minutes).
  3. Pour into bowl and add 1/4 cup of mayonnaise and blend thoroughly with a fork.
  4. Taste and adjust seasonings to your taste (sometimes I like to add a couple more tablespoons of Parmesan cheese).
  5. Cover and chill until ready to use.
