Recipe instructions

  1. Mix cheddar& swiss cheeses with eggs, milk, and chilies.
  2. Pour into 8x8\ baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle monterey jack cheese on top.
  4. Bake@ 350 for 30 minutes.
  5. Cut in pieces and serve on triscuit crackers (or the cracker of your choice).
