Recipe instructions
- Preheat over to 350 degrees.
- Spread green chilies on the bottom of a glass baking dish (11 3/4 x 7 1/2).
- Layer cheese slices over green chilies. You should have enough to completely cover the bottom of the dish plus extra to stagger for a partial 2nd layer.
- Mix eggs & milk and pour over cheese.
- Bakeat 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Serve with Triscuit crackers while still warm.
