Walnut-cheddar ball (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Stir the cheese, walnuts, mayonnaise, green onion, mustard and Worcestershire in a 1 O quart bowl until the ingredients are mixed.
- Mix the parley and paprika on a piece of wax paper.
- Shape cheese mixture into a ball, then roll into the parsley mixture to coat.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Unwrap the cheese ball and place on a serving plate.
- Serve with the crackers.
