Recipe instructions
- Cut cucumber into 1-inch chunks, leaving skin on.
- Trim tops of dill from stems and discard the stems.
- Place garlic into the bowl of a food processor, add the cucumbers and dill tops, and process until finely chopped.
- Add salt and yogurt, and process for 30 seconds.
- Chill until ready to serve.
