Fat loss plate meatloaf (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. If the mixture is not incorporating well you may have to add a teaspoon or two of water. Shape into a loaf on a baking tray that has been sprayed with cooking oil or divide into six cupcake tins sprayed with cooking oil. Bakebetween 45 minutes to an hour depending on your oven.
- Be sure to grind oatmeal until it is fine.
