Baratoch pizza (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
Preheat oven. Place 2 chicken breasts, water, liquid smoke and minced garlic ( i used jarred garlic) in medium size sauce pan. Place on medium heat and cook until the juices from the chicken run clear, about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, place refrigerated pizza crust on a lightly greased 9X13 cookie sheet. Spread ranch dressing over pizza dough. Layer the basil leaves on the ranch dressing. Next add cubed chicken spaced evenly over basil. Add mozzarella cheese. Put spices on next and then add the sliced tomatoes on top. Bakeat 400 for 15 - 20 minutes or until desired doneness
