Spinach salad dip (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Cook bacon in lg.
  2. skillet until crisp,drain on paper towels, crumble 4 of the slices& set aside.
  3. Crumble remaining slice of bacon, cover& chill for garnish.
  4. Remove drippings from pan.
  5. Add olive oil to pan and then mushrooms, onion,& garlic.
  6. Cook over med.
  7. heat until mushrooms are tender.
  8. Stir in vinegar, mustard& pepper.
  9. Stir in spinach and cook& stir for 30 seconds or until spinach is wilted.
  10. Add cream cheese, stirring until melted, remove from heat.
  11. Stir in sour cream,the 2 tbsp.
  12. of milk& 4 slices of crumbled bacon.
  13. Transfer to serving bowl.
  14. Cover& chill for 4-36 hours.
  15. To serve, stir dip.
  16. If necessary, stir in additional milk until mixture is of dipping consistency.
  17. Top with chilled remaining crumbled bacon slice.
  18. Serve with bagel chips, pita crisps, crackers, or your favourite veggies.
