Recipe instructions
Cut the vegetables into small slices julienne style. Place the water in a soup pot. Add bouillon cubes and vegetables and cook over medium heat for 40 minutes. Add the pastina, salt and pepper. Continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Serve hot and sprinkle with grated cheese on top of each serving
