- Remove bone from turkey but not the skin.
- Melt butter in shallow roasting pan in oven and roll turkey in the butter.
- Place turkey skin side up. Insert thermometer into thickest part of meat.
- Sprinkle turkey with pepper. Pour water around turkey in pan and sprinkle with minced onion.
- Bakeat 350 degrees faranheit about 45 min, once done and tender.
- Remove turkey onto platter.
- Pour juices into skillet.
- Heat to boiling and whishking constantly simmer until liquid is reduced to about 1/2 cup.
- Whisk in the ham, sour cream and msutard. Spoon over turkey and return to baking pan. Bake15 minute longer or until sauce is \set\.
- Sprinkle with parsley and slice thinly to serve.
