Recipe instructions
- 1.\tPut the chicken, carrots, celery, and onion in a large pot and cover with cold water.
- 2.\tHeat and simmer, uncovered until the chicken meat falls off the bone. Skim off foam every so often.
- 3.\tTake everything out of the pot and strain the broth.
- 4.\tPick the meat off the bones and chop the carrots, celery and onion.
- 5.\tSeason the broth with salt, pepper, and chicken bouillon to taste.
- 6.\tReturn all ingredients to the pot, stir together, and serve.
