Recipe instructions

  1. Brine the turkey overnight if you wish.
  2. Brush the butter or oil over the breast.
  3. Cover all sides with spice and sliced onion.
  4. Wrap in foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate 24 hours.
  5. Uncover, discard onions.
  6. Bake, uncovered at 350 8F until internal temp reaches 160 8F.
