Recipe instructions
- 1. Mix & store in a shaker.
- Tip's: I use it in just about any recipe that calls for cinnamon. You can change up the amounts depending on preference. You can also skip the cardamom if you don't have it.
- To change it up, sometimes I'll add a teaspoon of dried orange or lemon peel. it really is full of flavour!
- They're still baking, but this blend smells AMAZING! I halved the recipe and included the cardamom since I had it. Keeper! EDIT (o5/o8/2o11): I added roughly a teaspoon of ground star anise (1.5 stars) and this smells even more amazing then before.
