Canadian swiss cheese and ham tartlets (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 8F.
  2. In a medium bowl combine first four ingredients. (This mixture can be made ahead and refrigerated up to 2 days before using).
  3. Place tart shells on a large baking sheet and bakefor 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and divide cheese mixture evenly among the shells.
  5. Return to oven for 10 more minutes, or until filling is hot and melted.
