Ancient greek fish with coriander (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 8F.
  2. Place the coriander seeds in a baking pan and bakethem for 10 minutes. Let them cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Mash them with mortar & pestle together with the salt.
  4. In small bowl, whisk together olive oil and vinegar.
  5. Dredge cod fillets in oil mixture.
  6. Toss fillets with the coriander mixture and place them in a baking pan.
  7. Cover the pan and place it in the oven. Bakethe fish for 20 25 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with vinegar and serve hot
