Barbequed halibut (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
Pat halibut dry with paper towels. Melt butter and stir in lemon juice, dill, pepper, minced garlic and parsley. Wrap fillet and butter mixture tightly in aluminum foil. Place on rack over hot coals and grill for 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish. Spoon butter sauce over each serving
