Recipe instructions
- Combine in blender or food processor, cream cheese, 1/2 chopped beef, worchestershire, Accent, horseradish and green onions.
- Using wax paper form mixture into ball or log. Place rolled cream cheese in wax paper in freezer for 30 mins to an hour. Unroll and roll ball or log in remaining chopped beef to coat the outside of the ball/log.
- Serve with crackers.
- Always better the second day, so great if prepared day beforehand.
