Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. (I just use a large 9x11 glass baking dish and don't line anything--nothing sticks).
  2. Blend cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and taco seasoning together in a bowl and spread into jalapeno halves an arrange on prepared baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the cheese filling.
  4. Bakeuntil the peppers are just tender, 20 to 30 minutes.
