Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. (I just use a large 9x11 glass baking dish and don't line anything--nothing sticks).
- Blend cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and taco seasoning together in a bowl and spread into jalapeno halves an arrange on prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs over the cheese filling.
- Bakeuntil the peppers are just tender, 20 to 30 minutes.
