Broiled ginger chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Split chicken in half.
- Blend remaining ingredients except butter.
- Place chicken in a zip lock bag and pour the marinade over the chicken halves.
- Exhaust as much air as possible, seal, and set aside for 15 minutes.
- Drain chicken and broil on both sides while basting with the marinade. Continue cooking and basting for about 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
- Serve with melted butter if desired.
