Chili bean sauce tilapia (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Combine chili bean paste and vinegar in a saucepan and bring to a boil and cook until reduced by half.
- Remove from the heat and add butter stirring until well blended.
- heat a frying pan over medium high heat and add the olive oil.
- Sprinkle both sides of the tilapia fillets with flour and salt and pepper to taste.
- Saute until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
- Place tilapia on plates and spoon the sauce over the fillets.
