Dill butter tilapia (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Over medium heat in a small sauce pan, melt butter.
- Add garlic, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add dill, mix well, let cook another 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375F.
- Rince tilapia under cold water, pat dry with a paper towel.
- Place tilapia in a deep baking dish.
- Pour dill butter mixture over filets.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
