Easy cheesy dip (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Put milk and flour in medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir.
  2. Stir continuously until bubbly.
  3. Add salt, stir.
  4. Add shredded cheese, Stir until all cheese is melted.
  5. Turn down heat and add garlic powder and onion powder, stir.
  6. Scrape dip into a serving bowl, or keep in the pan.
  7. Dip soft pretzels or tortilla chips in dip.
  8. Enjoy!.
