Hot sausage dip light (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Remove casings from turkey sausage links and brown in a skillet with diced onions and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Once turkey sausage is cooked through, drain fat from skillet.
- Drain both cans of Rotel and add to sausage and onions.
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese to skillet and remove from heat once the cheese has melted and the mixture has combined.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to mini slow cooker to keep warm, and enjoy with thinly sliced baguette or tortilla chips
