Parmesan broiled tilapia (recipe) details

Recipe instructions
In a small bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, butter, mayonaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon juice and 1/4 tsp of the Mrs. Dash. Set aside. Season the fish with the remaining Mrs. Dash. Add more if desired. Preheat the broiler and coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. place the fish on the pan and broil for 3 minutes. Turn fish and broil for another 2-3 minutes. Spread the cheese mixture on top of the fish and broil until the topping is golden brown
