Recipe instructions
- Place bread, black pepper, sea salt, and rosemary in a food processor.
- Reduce to a rough crumb.
- Pour crumbs into a hot dry frying pan and keep it moving.
- When it starts to dry, and just starts browning, add the olive oil.
- Keep moving and frying until golden brown.
- Use to top pasta dishes as you might with Parmesan cheese.
