Recipe instructions
- Mash 1/4 ripe avocado
- Dice one Roma tomato and mix with mashed avocado.
- Slice 1 oz cheese into 12 one-inch squares.
- Slice 4 olives into 3 rings each.
- Slice 4 mushrooms into 3 rings each.
- Place 1/2 teaspoons of avocado mix on top of each mushroom slice.
- Place one cheese square on top of avocado mix.
- Place one olive slice on top of cheese square.
- Heat for 15 seconds in microwave.
- Enjoy!.
