Everything-bagel layered dip (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Chop half of the smoked salmon and reserve. In a food processor, combine the remaining half of the smoked salmon with the salmon cream cheese spread, 2 T. sour cream and lemon juice; pulse until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, stir in the reserved chopped smoked salmon and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese and 3/4 cup sour cream. In a clean food processor, combine 3/4 cup of the cream cheese and sour cream mixture with the scallions, dill and parsley; process until smooth. Set aside.
- Stir the seasoning mix, radishes, capers, lemon zest and remaining 1/2 cup sour cream into the remaining cream cheese-sour cream mixture.
- To prepare layered dip, spoon half of the radish mixture over the bottom of a 1-quart straight-sided glass dish. Top with the salmon mixture, remaining radish mixture, then scallion mixture. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with bagel chips and raw vegetables.
