Grilled tuna (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, maple syrup and horseradish in shallow dish.
  2. Add tuna, chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  3. Remove from marinade, coat grill rack with cooking spray.
  4. Place tuna on rack over medium coals. cook covered 2 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
