Recipe instructions
- Blend together salt,pepper, and 1/2 of the herbs.
- Rub mixture on both sides of tuna steak.
- Place in 9x9 baking dish.
- With the remaining cilantro, oil, wine, and lemon juice - pour over steaks.
- Cover and marinate for 24 hours.
- Saute tuna in skillet about 6 minutes per side.
- Serve.
