Bread wheels (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Cut the crusts of the bread slices.
  2. Apply butter on the slices.
  3. Mix all the other ingredients nicely together.
  4. Spread on the bread slices.
  5. Slowly roll the slices.
  6. Cut each slice into 3 pieces.
  7. Secure with a toothpick.
  8. Serve with green olives.
