Tuna doria (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about zero per serving.
Recipe instructions
- First, sautv diced onion in butter over low heat, careful not to let the butter brown, and when the onions are transparent make a white sauce.
- An easy way to make white sauce is to add flour to onions and butter and stir until this mixture is almost brown.
- At this point, add milk, stirring constantly until sauce is of a medium-thick consistency.
- Second, to this mixture add at least one pound of grated white cheese.
- When it's completely melted and the sauce is rich and creamy, add the tuna and season to taste.

Third, pour this mixture into a greased casserole dish and bakeabout 45 minutes or until Doria is slightly browned and fairly well set.
