Recipe instructions
- Thinly shred cabbage, carrots and onion. Sprinkle salt and a generous (1-2 T) amount of cumin. Squeeze lime juice over salad, and add olive oil. Mix thoroughly.
- Variations--add sliced almonds or walnuts to the salad for extra crunch, and/or garnish with sliced tomatoes on top.
