Recipe instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, paprika, red pepper, garlic powder and thyme till well blended.
  2. approximately 1 minute .
  3. Stir in crab meat and green pepper.
  4. Place in serving bowl, cover and chill.
  5. Before serving, garnish with chili peppers, if you like.
