Run runza run (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Let two loaves of frozen bread dough thaw. Read the directions on th label to get how much time it will take.
  2. Meanwhile, brown the hamburger over medium heat and drain the grease.
  3. Then return hamburger to pan.
  4. Add bell pepper and onion and cook down.
  5. Saltl and pepper.
  6. When dough rises, roll it down to the thickness of a pan style pizza crust. Try to roll it out square.
  7. When it is rolled out cut 6\ by 6\ squares out of the dough.
  8. Add a combination of the meat micture and cheese in the middle of the dough.
  9. Fold the dough around the meet making all four corners touch in the middle.
  10. Squeeze the seams together.
  11. Put the Runza seam side down on a greased cookie sheet. They will sit there for half an hour while the dough rises again.
  12. While waiting for the dough to rise you need to preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  13. Bakefor 20-30 minutes or until the dough turn golden brown.
