Red hot onions (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Slice onions thinly. Pour a coup of boiling water over onions and let stand 1 minutes; drain.
- Mix Tabasco, oil and vinegar and pour over onion rings in a shallow bowl with a lid.
- Refrigerate and let stand at least 3 hours.
- Drain to serve.
