Recipe instructions
- Half all six of the avocados and remove the seeds.
- Take a spoon and go around the edge of the avocado and scoop out all of the flesh.
- On a cutting surface, slice each avocado half and cut into pieces. Scrap into a mixing bowl.
- Take 1 lime roll it to loosen the juices inside. Cut the lime in half and squeeze both halves over the avocado. You may find it easier to use a fork for this step.
- Next, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- Begin mashing the avocado together to desired texture. I prefer a potato masher if your avocado pieces are a bit firm. After you get the avocado combined, use a spoon to further stir and evenly disperse the lime juice and salt throughout the avocado. Be sure to taste test for your perfect balance of lime and salt.
