Grilled pizza (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- From the dough, pat out a piece of dough that is large/small enough for an individual pizza and easy to handle.
- Lay it on the hot grill and let grill until bottom is done, then flip it over.
- It only takes a few minutes so you will need to stay right with it.
- When the crust is done, bring inside and top with tomato slices, few carmalized onions, mozzarella cheese, a small amount of blue cheese (it's kinda strong, but adds a really good flavor), torn basil, few minced anchovies and some grilled peppers.
-
Place under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and topping is heated.
