Recipe instructions
- Put prawns in a bowl and pour olive oil. Mix it and let it stay in cold place for 60 minutes.
- Heat frying pan well. You do not have to put oil init because prawns are already greasy. Salt them before frying.
- Fry shortly until you see them done (They will become not so transparent and meat will become white).
- Mix lemon juice and finely minced garlic and pour over prawns. Mix again to cover all prawns and eat (with your hands). Provide a lot of paper towels.
