Homebody beans (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Layer the cans of beans alternately with about 1/3 of the tomatoes and onion.
- Put 1/3 of the bacon on top.
- Bakeat 325 8F for 2 hours.
- Punch the bacon down and mix a bit.
- Put another 1/3 bacon on top and baketwo hours.
- Finish with the last of the bacon and bakeanother two hours.
- Add a bit of water if it gets too dry.
