Recipe instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large ziplock plastic bag. Mix well then add steak of your choice making sure to rub well into all steaks. Place in fridge, turning occasionally to make sure marinade gets into all aspects of the steak. Let sit for at least 3 to 4 hrs before grilling. This is a flavorful marinade without heat. If you want the addition of heat I would suggest adding 1/4 tsp or 1/2 tsp of dried chili pepper flakes.
- Take steaks out of the fridge and allow them to come to room temp(approx 5 min). Heat grill to med/high temp before placing steaks on to get a good sear. When nice sear on one side turn and sear the other side. I generally like my steak medium rare so would take off at this point and allow to rest on a warm plate for 5 minute If you prefer your steak more well done then lower heat and continue to grill to preferred doneness
