Authentic taco seasoning (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Combine all spices in an airtight container. Store in a cool dry place for up to 6 months.
- When making taco meat: Cook meat in a skillet and drain, add 8 tsp of seasoning mix for every pound of cooked meat and add 1/2-3/4 cups water for every pound of meat. Bring to a boil and stir, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
